I've been very busy recently. I don't post very much. I always feel something is wrong after a long time. I hurried home from work and quickly made some delicious food for myself. I heard that rabbit legs are not too fat. I bought two quickly. But rabbit legs are really shriveled. There is almost no meat. But it's good. It's not as fat as chicken legs. It's nutritious and healthy. Ha ha. I don't say much about the pictures.
Step1:Wash the fresh rabbit leg with flying water. Then put the water in the pressure cooker. Put in the rabbit leg. Add seasoning.
Step2:Then pour in some old soy sauce, cooking wine, white wine, salt and vinegar (to help the meat be crispy). It should be stuffy for a while. Close the lid and use the pressure cooker to make it stuffy for 15 minutes.
