Step1:Mix yeast and warm water to dissolve. Leave for 5 minutes until bubbles.
Step2:All the other ingredients are put into the mixing basin together. I used KitchenAid's cook machine. I kneaded for about 10 minutes to the expansion stage in the second gear. I took out a small portion of dough and tried to spread it slowly. The dough is elastic and not easy to break. P.S . butter should be softened at room temperature.
Step3:Put the dough into a container with oil on the inner wall. Ferment it to twice the size. It usually takes an hour.
Step4:Take out the fermented dough and exhaust it. Divide it into two parts on average. One of them is divided into eight equal amount of dough. I am 80g each. A total of 640g. This dough is placed in a round mold. Seven around and one in the middle.
Step5:Another dough. It's divided into 12 small dough. Divide each of the 12 dough into 3 parts. Put the dough into a muffin plate with baking paper or spray on the inner wall.
Step6:Put the dough into a warm and moist place. Ferment for 3040 minutes.
Step7:Preheat the oven at 400F / 200 ℃. Brush the surface of fermented dough with egg liquid. Bake in the oven for 2025 minutes until the surface is golden.
