Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Fresh broad bean. Peel off the skin. Make it into broad bean rice.

2. 

   Step2:The live prawns are frozen in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then go to the place. Peel the heads and the intestines to remove the mud (the live prawns are frozen in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before peeling the shells and then peeled again. It will be better to operate). The prawns are made. Marinate with a little salt, white pepper and cooking wine.

3. 

   Step3:Fresh Lanzhou Lily (it's better to use ordinary lily. Lanzhou Lily tastes better). Break it into a flap. Rinse it and drain

   Step4:Put water in the pot to boil. Pour in the broad bean rice. Blanch for one minute.

5. 

   Step5:Take out the boiled broad beans and drain them in cold water.

6. 

   Step6:Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil is warm, pour in the marinated shrimps. Stir fry until the color changes. Dish out and set aside.

7. 

   Step7:Stir fry the boiled broad bean rice with the remaining oil in the pot. About one minute.

8. 

   Step8:Pour in the fried shrimp and dried lily. Add a little salt, a little sugar and some sesame oil. Stir evenly and then out of the pot.
