Step1:Mix all dough ingredients except butter in a bowl. Knead until the dough is smooth. Add butter. Continue kneading until the dough can pull out a large film. Cover with plastic film and ferment.
Step2:The dough is fermented to twice the size. Insert the dough with the water on the index finger. The hole is not retracted.
Step3:Press the fermented dough to exhaust. Divide into three equal parts. Cover with plastic film and relax for 1520 minutes.
Step4:Roll out the loose dough into an oval strip.
Step5:Gently pull the dough up and down to roll up the cylinder, and gently press the end.
Step6:Put the dough into the baking mould in turn with the mouth closed down.
Step7:Put it in a warm and moist place for the final fermentation for about 60 minutes.
Step8:The final fermented dough is about 9 minutes full. Cover it. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. Take out the mold and tap it to demould.
