Step1:Cut beef brisket into 1-inch square, scallion, ginger spare.
Step2:In the pot, put the cleaned and cut beef brisket, two pieces of minced pork, two pieces of ginger and a proper amount of yellow rice wine. Add cold water to the raw materials, and heat it over low heat until it is fully opened. Add in the beef marrow and bring to a boil. Remove. Wash the foam on the surface of the ingredients.
Step3:Add boiling water into the pot 2⃣ Add 2 pieces of ginger and 1 star anise to the spare ingredients in the pot. Bring to a boil and cover with a small heat (keep the water in the pot in a small state). Stew for 2 hours and turn off the heat.
Step4:Add pepper and scallion to the soup bowl. Put the stewed beef brisket and beef marrow into the bowl.
