Step1:Wash the dried tremella and soak in water for 20 minutes. When it becomes soft, tear it into small pieces. Wash the dates and wolfberry. Cut the papaya into small pieces.
Step2:Put the tremella, water, jujube, medlar and clear water into the pot. After boiling over medium heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Then add in the rock sugar and papaya and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Cooking tips:It's good to eat it hot and cold. It's cooler after it's frozen in summer. When soaking tremella, drop two drops of edible oil. The boiled Tremella is more soft and sticky. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
