Step11:Add a little oil to the bottom of the pot. Add 5 dried peppers to stir fry the bottom of the pot. Put in the bean sprouts. Add salt to stir fry. Put in the bottom of the container.
Step12:Add water to boil in the pot. You can also use high soup here. Lazy way is a piece of old mother chicken soup soup Treasure + water. Blanch and boil the marinated fish head, bones and tail, then put them on the bean sprouts.
Step13:Then put in the fish slices, blanch them and take them out.
Step14:Put it on the fish bone. Then put some dried peppers on the fish meat.
Step15:Put the remaining prickly ash and pepper in the previously cooked spiced oil. When the oil is 80% hot, add the remaining dry pepper.
Step16:When the oil is boiled, put the hot oil over the fish with a spoon.
