Step1:Cut pork slices and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes. Cut baby cabbage from the middle. Soak black fungus in warm water in advance and tear it into small pieces to wash. Cut red pepper into pieces. Slice garlic and ginger.
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Add pepper and star anise when it's 30% hot. Add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant. Add pork and stir fry slowly over low heat. Stir fry until pork turns yellow until cooked.
Step3:Add in the soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Continue to stir fry. Add a small bowl of boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step4:Add baby cabbage and black fungus and stir fry. Stir fry the vegetables with salt when they are soft.
Step5:When you see baby dishes become soft and rotten, stir fry them with red peppers. Season with chicken essence.
