Step1:Cut the pork into 1 cm pieces. Slice the onion and ginge

Step7:Break the green peppers into small pieces by hand. Stir fry them in the pot for two minutes until they are broken.
Cooking tips:You can blanch the streaky pork with water first. If you don't blanch, you must stir fry the oil. The streaky pork will be fragrant but not greasy. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
