The reason why this dish is said to be ingenious. There are three tips - one is to remove the pig's hoof from the hair. Bake it with an open fire. It's very easy to clean it again. Step6:Cold oil in the pot. Stir fry pepper and dried pepper to give the fragrance. Then pour in the pig's hoof. Add a spoonful of clear water. Stir fry until the water is dry. Sprinkle with white sesame and serve.
