Recently, there is an Olympic flag dish on Sina Weibo. The Chinese flag is made up of Mapo Tofu, the simplest and most famous Sichuan dish.
Step1:Slice lactone tender tofu into small pieces. Pour into the net and soak in salt water. Remove and drain. Marinate minced meat with 1 tablespoon cooking wine for 10 minutes. Chop the shallots. Chop the garlic. Shred the ginger. Pepper powder, Pixian bean paste, oil and pepper (or chili noodles) for standby.
Step2:Heat up the oil pan, add ginger, and stir fry the garlic. Stir fry the minced meat until it turns white. Spread it all. Stir in Pixian bean paste. Sprinkle the oil with hot pepper (or chili noodles) and stir fry the red oil.
Step3:Pour in the tender tofu. Shake and mix well. Add some salt, half teaspoon sugar, half bowl water and a small amount of soy sauce.
Step4:Keep boiling for a while. Pour in half a bowl of starch. Stir well. Sprinkle with scallion.
Step5:Dish and sprinkle with pepper powder.
