Yams are sweet and warm. It can invigorate the spleen, benefit the stomach and aid digestion. Millet taste sweet, salty, cool, into the spleen, stomach, kidney meridian, spleen and stomach, treatment of dyspepsia, limb fatigue and so on.
Step1:Drop a few drops of vinegar into the water. Wash the yam. Soak your hand in the diluted vinegar by the way (it won't itch when cutting the yam). Wash and peel the yam. Cut into small pieces. Wash millet with water.
Step2:Add 1000ml water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add millet and cook for 5 minutes (millet is more difficult than yam. It should be cooked a little earlier).
Step3:Put in yams and cook together. Cook for 5 minutes in high heat and 15 minutes in low heat. Put in some white sugar and mix well.
