Step1:Wash celery, remove roots and leaves (keep celery leaves, see celery for details). Use the back of the knife to easily cut sections (about 4cm long and short); mix minced meat with 1 teaspoon of raw soy sauce, a little old soy sauce, a little sugar and 1 teaspoon of raw meal. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, mix and marinate for about 15 minutes; peel garlic, cut ginger, peel and cut; wash red pepper, remove roots, remove seeds, and slice into circle
Step2:Heat the frying pan, pour in the cooking oil, warm the oil, and then put the marinated minced meat into the frying powder
Step3:Draw the minced meat to the edge of the pot. Pour the minced garlic and ginger into the middle of the pot and stir them with small heat
Step4:Pour the red pepper into the pot. Stir fry the materials evenly. Cook in a proper amount of cooking wine. Mix in the soy sauce. A proper amount of refined salt. Stir well over high heat
Step5:Pour the celery into the pot. Stir fry quickly until it's broken. Turn off the heat and set the pot on a plate.
