I prefer to eat. This is the first time to do it by myself.
Step1:Put the oil in the pot. Stir fry in the sugar until it dissolves.
Step2:Pour in the snails. Stir fry until slightly discolored. Add ginger, onion and sunflower. Pour in cooking wine. Continue to stir fry. Add soy sauce.
Step3:Add water to submerge the snail. Then open the fire. Cover the pot and simmer (this is very important) for several minutes
Step4:When the water becomes less, add salt and turn the fire to let the snail taste. Finally turn the fire to collect the juice.
Step5:Put it on a plate. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. OK pul
Cooking tips:Stir fry the snails. Stir fry is not the main key. Cover the pot well and stew it. The meat is soft and delicious, so stew is necessary. Snail cold. Stomach is not good friends or to eat less Oh delicious cooking skills.
