Step1:Soak kelp in water (I spent the whole night soaking). Cut pork into small pieces.
Step2:Take out the kelp. Cut it into small strips. Two centimeters wide.
Step3:Preheat the pot. Put in pork and salt. Soy sauce. Stir fry. Add a little sesame oil.
Step4:Add kelp. Stir for 2 minutes. Sprinkle another tablespoon of salt.
Step5:Add the chopped garlic.
Step6:Boil it with water (I put the broth that I cooked at home). Turn to medium heat to boil it.
Step7:It's almost stewed. Sprinkle another spoonful of salt and monosodium glutamate. Mix the taste. You can get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:There should be no fishy smell in kelp soaked overnight. But people who are sensitive to food can add a little vinegar or cooking wine to make dishes delicious.
