Step1:Wash beef brisket and cut into small pieces.
Step2:Add pepper to the pot and boil it. Drain the blood from the beef brisket.
Step3:Wash and peel the radish. Cut into large pieces.
Step4:Beef brisket, radish and ginger are all in the soup pot. Boil over high heat. Remove the froth from the surface.
Step5:Turn the heat for 2 hours until the brisket is cooked and rotten.
Step6:Add white radish and cook for another 20 minutes until cooked. Salt before eating.
