Cooking Steps

  3. Step3:Pour the old ice sugar into the filtered soup and use the milk pot to open a small fire to dissolve most of the ice sugar. When I first do this, I put the maltose ice sugar directly to boil. As a result, some of the sugar can't be dissolved. Stir with chopsticks while boiling. After boiling for two minutes, turn off the fire and stir for a while. The ice sugar is basically dissolved

  4. Step4:It's not easy to put in maltose. It's too sticky. I put my chopsticks in and weigh them together. It's better to weigh them. Then I boil them on a low heat. I stir them with chopsticks as I cook them

  5. Step5:It's a small bubble after boiling for more than ten minutes

  6. Step6:Stir while boiling. It must be a small fire. My hot pot fire is 300. It can reach 2100 at most. It's almost enough to boil such a thick little bubble. Take a bowl of cold water and put a drop into the cold water bowl with chopsticks. It will solidify after a while. Press it hard

  7. Step7:I remember to fix the mould when I cook the soup. When the syrup is cooked, it can be poured into the mould faster. If it's slow, it's hard to fix it when it solidifies in the pot. It's troublesome to boil it again

  8. Step8:It can be packed after 10 to 20 minutes of cooling. About 40 pieces of this material should be made. The mold should be prepared enough. Otherwise, the rest of it will be in the pot like me

  9. Step9:I'm very tired when I'm boiling. I'm tired after mixing for 30 or 40 minutes. But my son likes eating very much, and I'm very happy
