It's easy to catch a cold and cough. The throat is not comfortable. Today, I made a dried pig lung soup with radish and horseshoe to protect my health. This soup is sweet, clear and not greasy. The dried vegetables are very fragrant. It's troublesome to clean the pig lung. Pig lung contains a lot of essential nutrients for human body, including protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, etc. It has the effect of tonifying lung deficiency and stopping cough. Dried cabbage is made of dried cabbage. &Sweet, soft and hot pot are used to make porridge and soup. It has the functions of eliminating dryness, removing heat and clearing the intestines and stomach. Horseshoes can clear away heat, detoxify, moisten lung and phlegm, while carrots can nourish liver and clear eyes
Step1:Soak cabbage in advance.
Step2:Select a fresh pig lung. The surface is pink, glossy, even and elastic. Don't cut. Turn on the tap and fill the water in through the throat. Close the water when it's almost filled.
Step3:Then press the pig's lungs with your hands. You will see a lot of bubbles and dirty water coming out. Repeat the two steps until the water is clear.
Step4:Clean pig lung slices. Boil in cold water.
Step5:When the water is boiled, you will see a lot of bubbles coming out of the pig's lungs. Boil it for about 10 minutes.
Step6:Take out the boiled pig lungs and wash them. Dry them.
Step7:Put the pig's lungs in the hot pot to dry fry. Stir continuously over medium heat.
Step8:Stir fry until the lungs are dry, then you can turn off the fire.
Step9:Cut the lean meat into small pieces. Boil the bleeding foam in cold water.
Step10:Wash the cooked lean meat. Slice ginger and peel.
Step11:The pickled vegetables are dry cleaned and cut into sections. The carrots are washed and cut into pieces. The horseshoes are peeled in half.
Step12:Put all materials in the pot. Add proper amount of water. Use the electric cooker to cook soup for at least one hour. 12 hours.
Step13:It's been boiling for over an hour. The soup is a little white. It's clear and not greasy. Mom's dried vegetables are just beautiful. They are especially fragrant when they are cooked. Add some salt to turn off the fire.
Step14:The pig lung soup is ready. It's slightly sweet. It's dry and fragrant. Let's have two bowls of it.
Cooking tips:The most difficult and time-consuming part of this soup is to wash the pig's lungs. If you want to be lazy, you can clean the pig's lungs a little. Cook the whole thing in the pot. You will see a lot of bubbles coming out of the throat. After cooking, wash it clean. Slice it and dry fry it. When you dry fry, you must fry it dry enough.
