I like Mapo Tofu very much. It's a special dish for dinner. Because I can't eat spicy food, I'll make a spicy version of Mapo Tofu. I think it's better than the restaurant's. I don't believe you can try it.
Step1:Shred the shallot, ginger, garlic and dried chilli.
Step2:Dice the old and tender tofu.
Step3:Boil the water. Put the tofu in the pot and boil for a while to set the shape.
Step4:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the dried ginger and pepper. Stir fry the garlic, onion and pepper.
Step5:Stir in bean paste.
Step6:Put in minced meat and stir well. Put in a taste of fresh soy sauce and salt and stir well.
Step7:Stir fry tofu for 1 minute. Add chicken essence and pepper and stir well.
