This bread is super delicious. It's soft and sweet with strong milk flavor. The kids say it's better than the bakery's. just tell you how delicious the materials are. Step1:1 prepare all the ingredients.
Step2:2 first put 250g of bread powder, 32g of egg liquid, 143g of water, 25g of sugar, 3G of salt and 4G of high sugar resistant yeast into the liner of the bread machine.

Step7:7 mix the stuffing when the dough is fermented. Put 60g of peas, 60g of corn, 60g of bacon, 40g of salad dressing and 40g of mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Step8:When the dough is fermented, dip your finger in some dry flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough.
Step9:9. Pour the fermented dough on the chopping board, knead it evenly, exhaust the air, and then roll it round and relax for ten minutes. (remember to cover the dough with plastic wrap to avoid dry skin.)
Step10:10 roll the loose dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
Step11:11 spread the stuffing on one side of the rectangle. Do not spread the remaining third.
Step12:12 fold the one without filling in half, and then the other with filling in half.
Step13:13 sort it out a little bit.
Step14:14 put it on the pallet and refrigerate for 15 minutes. (remember to cover the surface with plastic wrap to keep moisture. Also, observe it when freezing. Because different refrigerators have different freezing capacity, it's OK to see that the frozen ones are a little harder. Don't freeze them so hard that they can't be rolled out.)
Step15:Take it out of the refrigerator and lay it horizontally on the long side. Then roll out the short side. Because there are peas in the filling, roll them out gently. Otherwise, the skin will be broken.
Step16:16 use a hob to cut off one of the left and right sealing points of the dough. Then cut the remaining half into six small strips.
Step17:17 use the hob to make a longitudinal opening in the middle of each small strip. Pay attention not to cut the upper and lower ends.

Cooking tips:Little tip: I use the ACO North America atoe43a electric oven. The temperature and baking time need to be adjusted according to my own oven.
