Step1:Wash the beef and beef ribs. Put them in the pot. Add cold water. The water is about three fingers higher than the meat.
Step2:Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove the foam. Add ginger slices and grass nuts. Turn to low heat and simmer for about three hours.
Step3:Take out the meat. Cut it into small pieces and put it into the pot. Add some broth. Add a small amount of ginger, grass nuts, salt and sugar. Two spoons of old soy sauce. Step4:Add some salt and taste to the beef soup. Add some pepper. Float in the garlic and cilantro. It will be a delicious beef soup. Add the stewed radish slices. In winter, a bowl will drive away the cold.
