Step1:Soak the dried kelp in water (5 to 10 minutes) and drain to control dryin

Step3:Put soybean oil in the soup pot, stir fry the beef when the oil is hot, and stir fry the beef with kelp when the color changes

Cooking tips:Just to remind you, the kelp used in Korean kelp soup is not the same as the kelp in China. It's dry, and it's very soft after it's soaked. It's not a piece of kelp. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
