Step1:Cut pork tenderloin into strips. Add ginger, salt (a little), cooking wine and pepper. Beat in the eggs. Mix with flour. Leave for an hour to taste. Put the oil in the pan. Don't use too much. Heat the oil 60% or so. Light the fire. Put the tenderloin one by one into the pan and fry it until golden. Start the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
