Step7:First dip a layer of starch. I have used both corn starch and sweet potato starch. The difference between the finished products is not big.
Step8:Apply starch evenly on both sides and pat off excess starch.
Step9:Put the meat chops with flour into the egg liquid. Evenly dip the meat chops into the egg liquid and lift up the meat chops. Let the egg liquid drain off a little.
Step10:Dip in the egg liquid and put it on the breadcrumb. Evenly dip the breadcrumb on both sides. Compact it by hand.
Step11:The steak with bread bran must be compacted. Cover the egg liquid completely.
Step12:Take a small pot. Pour a layer of oil. It's similar to the thickness of the steak. Put the remaining pepper seeds. Heat over low heat until the color of the pepper grains changes.
