Step1:The dry sea cucumber was soaked in pure water for 36 hours. The water was changed twice in the middle. After 36 hours, the front teeth were removed and the internal tendons were cut. Then wash it and boil it in pure water for 40 – 60 minutes (no oil pot). Just pinch it through with your hands.
Step2:Change the pure water bubble for about 48 hours. Change the water twice in the middle until it is twice the length. The freezing will slow down as you eat.
Step3:Wash millet and put it in the pot. Peel pumpkin and remove flesh. Cut into pieces and put it in the pot. After boiling, change the heat to boil for about 20 minutes. Add ginger, sea cucumber (steamed in a cage drawer for 15 minutes and then chopped), sesame oil and boil for 10 minutes. Then add pepper, salt, abalone juice and scallion to make the pot. The delicious rice and sea cucumber porridge is ready. I made two small bowls. I used a sea cucumber.
