Step1:In the flour bucket of the flour mixing machine, successively add the materials required for bread - full cream, milk, eggs, sugar, low gluten flour, high gluten flour, yeast and salt. Add vegetable shortening, milk, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Knead all the ingredients into a dough by hand. If the dough is too dry, add one teaspoon of milk at a time. Knead the dough until it is well mixed. Cover the dish with the mouth. Set aside at room temperature.
Step6:Put the dough in the mixer for 1 hour and mix for 5 minutes. This is to remove the air bubbles in the dough. It can also be rubbed by hand. After kneading, put it on the operating table with a little flour. Cut into 18 equal parts. Then press each one into a round face by hand.
