Step1:Wash eggplan

Step4:Mix minced meat with cooking wine and soy sauce to make it stronge
Step5:Put minced meat into eggplant slice
Step6:Put it on the plate for steaming. My plate is small. You can only steam four at a time
Step7:In steamer. Steam over medium and high heat for 22 minute
Step8:Cut carrots, red peppers and shallots and decorate them for serving
