Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Cut off the barbed beard on the head of the prawn. Cut it on the back of the prawn. Pick out the prawn intestines. Deal with them and wash them for use.

   Step2:Put a proper amount of cooking oil in the pot. Stir fry the scallion in small heat. Turn the zoom yellow and clip it out.

   Step3:Put in prawns. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Clip out and set aside.

   Step4:During the frying process, press the shrimp head. The oil will turn into shrimp red. This is shrimp oil.

   Step6:Put in two tablespoons of ketchup and half of sugar. Stir well. Sugar can be increased or decreased according to your taste.

   Step7:Add prawns, cooking wine and stir well.

   Step8:Add water. I use half of the water. As shown in the picture. Cover the pot and simmer. Open it in the middle to observe. When the water is half full, add salt and open a fire to collect the juice.

9. 

   Step9:You don't have to dry it completely. Prawns are served on plates. Soup can be used to mix rice. It's delicious.
