Step1:Put the (cow WA) freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake into water and wake up for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step2:Wash the rice simply and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Set aside.
Step3:Slice the sausage. Shred the ginger. Set aside.
Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Fry the awaked (cow WA) freeze-dried matsutake mushroom until golden. Dish up.
Step5:Put a proper amount of lard on the bottom of the casserole. Pour the soaked rice into the casserole. Drop a few drops of sesame oil. Boil in high heat. Simmer in low heat for 10 minutes. Cook the rice until it is eight ripe.
Step6:Put the (cow WA) freeze-dried matsutake mushroom, dachshund, ginger and green vegetables on the rice. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Step7:When you start the pot, pour on the sauce which is made up of consumable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and water. Then you can enjoy it.
Cooking tips:1. Use lard in the casserole. The rice will be more fragrant. It can also prevent the rice from sticking to the pot. 2. Rice is best soaked and softened before cooking. Otherwise, it is not suitable for rice to be cooked thoroughly and it will be mixed. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
