Sesame and scallion pancakes. One of my most popular breakfast.
Step1:Pour 60 grams of hot water into flour (the water is a little hot). Stir quickly with chopstick

Step4:Knead it into a smooth dough. Cover the plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes. I usually knead it in the evening, seal it and refrigerate it. Take it out for another 20 minutes when I use it the next morning.
Step5:Time to relax dough making pastry - pour some lard into the pan. Put the cold oil into the scallions. Fry over low heat until the scallions are slightly burnt.
Step6:8g medium flour into the bowl. Scoop up the scallion in the pot. Pour the hot oil into the flour. Stir quickly. The pastry is ready.

Step10:Roll it into thin sheets.
Step11:Brush with pastry and sprinkle with salt.
Step12:Sprinkle some scallion.
Step13:Sprinkle with black sesame.
Step14:Roll up.
Step15:You can rub it a little longer.
Step16:Make it into a roll. Press it slightly with your hand.
Step17:Roll it out. Roll it out as thin as possible. It will be crisper when eating.
Step18:Pour some oil into the pot. Turn on the heat.
