Paoruda, the most popular dessert for sitting and forgetting, is a favorite summer ice product of the Dai people in Dehong Banna, Yunnan. It's said that it's spread from Thailand and Myanmar to Yunnan. So it's one of the few international products in Yunnan cuisine. Coconut milk, shredded coconut, sago, red beans, ice powder, plus a few pieces of crisp dry bread. The entrance has a wonderful sense of hierarchy.
