Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Peeling of sweet potat

   Step2:Dic

3. 

   Step3:Add starch, sugar and some water. Mix well. The amount of starch should make the sweet potato stick together

4. 

   Step4:Add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, put in a bunch of sweet potatoes

5. 

   Step5:Pan fry until golden on both side

6. 

   Step6:Drain the oil and put it in the plate. Sprinkle with a little sugar
