This is a simple, convenient, nutritious and delicious dish that Liu and I especially like to eat.
Step1:Cut the garlic. Pick the broccoli.
Step2:Boil as much water as you can. When the water boils, add a small amount of oil, salt and chicken essence. Put in broccoli. Let the water go over broccoli.
Step3:Cooking time depends on personal preference. I like hard boiled for 2 to 3 minutes. I like soft boiled for 5 to 7 minutes. Take it out.
Step4:Pour most of the water to boil broccoli. Leave about half of the bowl of water. Set the fire again. Turn down the heat. Add in the oil, soy sauce and garlic. Stir constantly.
Step5:When the juice in the pot starts to bubble, it can be poured into the plate filled with broccoli. Done.
