It's light but delicious.
Step1:Remove the scales from the fresh bass. Remove the internal organs and gills. Wash and apply a small amount of salt, ginger powder, five spice powder and cooking wine. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step2:Cut the onion and ginger. Put them under the fish and in the fish's belly. Make a steamer on the fire. Put the fish in the steamer when the heat is high. Steam with a lid for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and keep it stuffy for another 2 minutes.
Step3:Pour out the water from scallion, ginger and steamed fish.
Step4:Cut some fresh onion and put it on the fish. Heat the wok with oil.
Step5:Pour the hot oil on the onion evenly, and then introduce the steamed fish and soy sauce equal to the oil.
