This dish is similar to crucian carp with shredded radish. But this radish is more delicious. It's very delicious. It's spicy.
Step1:Clean the crucian carp. Apply a layer of coarse salt (not too much, or it will be too salty). Set aside.
Step2:Wash and slice the radish. Don't cut it too thin. (in my picture, it's not white radish. It's red radish. It's leftover from other dishes. I don't want to waste it, so it's used to replace white radish.)
Step3:Cut the shallot, ginger, garlic and red pepper for use. You don't have to cut so much when you cut onion, ginger and garlic. I'm the amount of ingredients for three dishes for dinner
Step4:Heat the oil in advance, and then turn off the fire to cool it. It's not easy to stick the pan when frying fish. (you can heat and cool all the dishes that are easy to stick to the pot before frying
Step5:Slide the crucian carp into the pot along the side of the pot. Fry it over medium low heat until it is six ripe (both sides need to be fried).
Step6:Stir fry with ginger and garlic. Fish and fish seeds can be put into the pot. Add some oyster sauce to improve the flavor.
Step7:Put some boiling water into the pot. Put the radish on the fish evenly. Bring to a boil over medium low heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. (water should not exceed radish
Step8:If it's not salty enough, add salt according to your taste. Turn off the heat and start the pot.
Cooking tips:If you don't want to put radishes, add a little boiling water (water to half of the fish) directly to the cover of the pot and boil for ten minutes to dry the soup and sweat. It will become another dish. The Carassius carp cooked in this way tastes very fresh. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
