Step1:1. Separate the egg white and yolk.
Step2:2. Add the protein into lemon juice or white vinegar. Add 50g sugar in three times to beat.
Step3:3. Add 15g white sugar to the yolk and beat it with an egg beater until the sugar melts. Add low gluten flour, baking powder, tea powder, salt and mix well.
Step4:4. Add the egg white into the yolk liquid three times. Stir well.
Step5:5. Spread oil paper on the baking tray. Pour in the evenly stirred egg liquid. Scrape with a scraper. Shake the baking tray several times. Shake out the bubbles in the egg liquid. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Bake for about 12 minutes. Remove the discolored surface.
Step6:6. Take out the baked cake and turn it over to another oilpaper. Remove the oilpaper.
Step7:7. After cooling, spread jam on it and roll it up gently. Slice it.
