I miss the braised taro at home. The process is too troublesome. So I made this dish.
Step1:Wash the peeled taro and cut it into pieces of appropriate size. Marinate the pork with salt, cooking wine, pepper, raw ingredients and sugar for 5 minutes.
Step2:Put the marinated minced meat on the sliced taro. Clamp it with another piece. It's like a sandwich biscuit. Put the taro in the bowl.
Step3:Mix the tofu milk and soy sauce in a bowl. Season with a little salt and water. Sprinkle the mixed juice on the taro evenly. Steam over the pot for 1520 minute
Cooking tips:Don't cut taro too thin, or it will rot easily. Just the meat is not cooked and delicious.
