Summer hasn't come yet. It's not the time to have a stall on the street. I make my own spicy crab legs at home. With a little beer water, it's perfect for rice?
Step1:(1) chopped green onion. (1 head) chopped garlic.
Step2:It's a frozen box of crab legs bought by Carrefour supermarket. (usually imported from Japan) defrost and wash. Marinate in cooking wine and pepper for 30 minutes.
Step3:Wash the dried peppers. Cut the ginger into foam or slices for standby (because I don't eat ginger, I only cut it into slices
Step4:Seasoning sauce - 1 tbsp raw soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp old soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, a little pepper, stir for use.
Step5:If you don't have pepper oil at home, you need to fry the oil with pepper first, and then remove the pepper seeds to save oil.
Step6:Heat the pepper oil to add ginger slices and 10 or more dried peppers (put different amount of dried peppers due to the individual's hot taste) to stir fry in small heat to produce the fragrance.
Step7:Stir fry the onion foam and garlic foam together to give the fragrance.
Step8:Turn the heat and stir fry the marinated crabs. When they turn red, stir fry them with the sauce.
Step9:Finally, when the crabs are all cooked, pour in the water starch to thicken them, and then you can get out of the pot. (because my family uses raw soy sauce to taste very salty, so I don't need to put salt anymore. Because people just can put salt to taste properly.
Step10:Delicious crab with wine and vegetables. It's the favorite moment in summer.
