Step1:Slice pig liver. Rinse with water repeatedly. Soak for 2030 minutes. No water color.
Step2:Marinate with ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, vinegar and starch for 510 minutes.
Step3:Hot oil. Slide pork liver in oil for up to 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
Step4:Fry the green pepper with the base oil.
Step5:Add pork liver. Stir fry for another 12 minutes. Add soy sauce. Start cooking.
Cooking tips:※ it must be washed clean. Cut the pork liver thinly, or it may not be ripe. The time for frying pork liver must be controlled. It cannot be too long. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
