Step1:Wash and dice the tomatoes and red onions. Cut the garlic in half and put it in the baking pan.
Step2:Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. Sprinkle some sea salt, sugar and olive oil on the cut vegetables. Spread rosemary and thyme evenly on top of the vegetables. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step3:Take it out in 30 minutes. If you don't like spices, take them out. Squeeze out the garlic. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Add the chicken soup and stir into the vegetable puree.
Step4:Put the mashed vegetables into the pot and boil them. Drop in balsamic vinegar.
