Step1:Put the (cow WA) freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake into water and wake up for 30 seconds. Set aside.
Step2:Chop up the cabbage. Chop up the onion. Set aside.
Step3:Chop the minced meat. Add some starch, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Add egg white and cabbage. Mix well.
Step4:Put the minced meat into a shallow bowl. Pour the egg yolk over the minced meat. Put in the frozen and dried matsutake fungus (cow WA).
Step5:Put the ingredients into the steamer and cook for 15 minutes. Then you can enjoy them out of the steamer.
Cooking tips:1. Chop the minced meat into a muddy shape. The taste is better. 2. Add sesame oil when out of the pot. Taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
