Dao ban Xiang is a local dish in Huizhou. This dish is fattening but not greasy when it's hot. It tastes bad when it's cold. So people here in Huizhou call this dish Dao ban Xiang. It means that meat is the most delicious when cut on Dao ban.
Step1:In winter, marinate the fresh meat for about 40 day
