Step1:Put the low gluten flour, whole wheat flour, cooked white sesame, sucrose and salt into the mixing basin, and stir evenly with the method similar to pulling rice.
Step2:Add sesame paste and canola oil and continue to stir. Use both hands and palms to rub the raw materials together.
Step3:Pour in water. Mix well. Fold the dough over and over again. Make it into a ball.
Step4:Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a square with a thickness of about 1cm and a side length of about 15cm.

Step7:Spread the baking paper on the baking tray. Put the biscuits on the baking tray. Leave a proper space.
Step8:Preheat the oven for 160 ℃. 40 minutes. It's sesame flavor.
