My son likes to drink pumpkin porridge from Hannah mountain. He drinks several bowls every time he goes. So I tried to learn to do it myself.
Step1:Peel, wash and cut pumpkin into small pieces.

Cooking tips:People with diabetes don't need sugar. Pumpkins are sweet. Find a simple way. Soymilk machine has rice paste function. Put squash and water directly into it. Add sugar when you're done. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
