Step1:Blanch the ribs - put the ribs in cold water. Let the pot boil. Remove.
Step2:Saute the onion, ginger and garlic in the oil pan. Pour in the drained spareribs. Stir until slightly discolore
Step3:Add in raw, old, sugar, cooking wine and stir fry.
Step4:Stir fry until the ribs are slightly scorched. Add boiling water until the ribs have just passed. Add in the octagon. Put in the electric pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step5:If there is too much soup, put it into the pot and collect the juice. The ribs will turn into a good-looking braised color. Add salt and onion powder. Turn off the fire and add chicken essence.
Cooking tips:When blanching, you can cool the underwater pot. When you put the pressure pot, you can pour boiling water into it to cook delicious dishes.
