I saw a Korean kimchi on the Internet. Post it and share it with my relatives.
Step1:Wash the cucumber, dry the water, sprinkle the salt and rub it. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step2:Cut the cucumber into 4cm long sections. Cut a cross blade at the other end. Don't cut it off. Marinate the cucumber with a little salt until it is tender again.
Step3:Cut the leek into small pieces. Mix with the minced leek, ginger, garlic and chili powder.
Step4:Put the mixed leek material into the gap of cucumber. Fill it up. Put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days to taste and then eat.
Step5:You can pour sesame oil into your personal taste.
Cooking tips:Wash cucumber and rub it with salt. You can rub off the bacteria on the uneven melon skin ~ you have skills in making delicious dishes.
