A simple vegetable. Still fresh.
Step1:Remove the root and hard skin of fresh asparagus for use. Boil in water, add salt and oil. Blanch asparagus for 2 minutes. Remove supercooled water. Drain and set aside.
Step2:Cut scallion and ginger and soak in water. Cut the red pepper into circles.
Step3:Put shredded green onion, ginger and chilli on asparagus. Heat the oil and pour it on top. Finally, drizzle with steamed fish and soy sauce.
Cooking tips:The soy sauce of Lijinji brand is mellow. Scalded broccoli, lettuce and cabbage are all OK. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
