Mung bean is cool, detoxifying, diuretic and eye-catching. Millet is good for spleen and stomach, tonifying deficiency. In summer, a bowl of millet mung bean porridge is suitable for morning and evening.
Step1:Half a bowl of millet and half a bowl of mung bean. Wash and strain.
Step2:Prepare a medium-sized pot. Add half of the water to boil.
