Step1:Stir kelp into mud. Soak seaweed in boiling water. Drain. Put the onion oil in the pot. Heat the oil and add the seaweed. Stir fry with kelp mud. Add sesame, sugar, salt and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step2:Pour the water soaked in seaweed into the pot. Stir fry and collect the juice. Turn off the fire. Keep in a clean bottle for up to a week. It's served with rice, noodles and steamed bread. It should be good.
