So all kinds of snacks made by ourselves are coming on the stage one after another. This is one of the snacks I've made. Chen Bao likes it best. So record it. Like to eat sweet candy put more. Because my Chen bao'er doesn't like to eat sweet. So are put the least amount. This depends on your baby's hobby. And then there is the sauce. It must be a thin layer.
Step1:All the ingredients are weighed and ready.
Step2:Soy sauce, oyster sauce, white granulated sugar and maltose. Put them in a non stick pot. Simmer on a low heat. Keep stirring during this period to prevent sticking. Boil until the sugar is granulated.
Step3:The seaweed is spread on the table. The rough side is upward. Brush a thin layer of sauce. Sprinkle white sesame evenly. Another piece of seaweed. Brush a layer of sauce with the same thinness. Two pieces overlap. Roll with a rolling pin. Remember to change both sides. Otherwise, it will be hollow.
Step4:Preheat the 150 degree oven for five minutes. Put the rolled seaweed into the oven. 120 ℃ 1520 minutes. My oven is baked for 18 minutes. Each oven has a different temper. When you get to the back of the oven, remember to observe.
Step5:Take out the roasted seaweed and cut it into long strips. You can eat it. I do a lot of them at one time. They are all sealed in cans.
Cooking tips:When you brush the sauce, it must be a thin layer. If you brush the sauce too thick, it won't be so crispy. The sesame inside is burnt. It's still soft outside. There is also the need to roll out the solid, otherwise it will become hollow. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
